I’m a live in landlord looking to rent two double bedrooms in my home.

The property is a large semi detached, high spec new build in Angmering on Quiet Waters Close, close to Angmering village and located roughly 10 mins walk from the train station with a bus stop outside the property.

The house is a clean, tidy and a quiet household and would be suite professional people as well as those who need a private quiet space to work from home.

Tenants would have access and use of property including the spacious living room and open plan fitted kitchen, shared family bathroom, downstairs W/C, high speed full fibre broadband and washing machine and usual appliances.

The property has a very large garden that is east, west and south facing, therefore is ideal for enjoying all day sunshine. There is one dedicated parking bay available and allocated to the large double room. Charging point is available and additional charges for use would need to be discussed prior to use.

Both bedrooms are on the first floor and will have shared use of family bathroom that includes shower over bath, toilet, sink and mirror/cabinet.

I have a dog (staffy cross) called Sophie, who is very lovable and doesn’t understand personal space, so you must be kind and a dog lover. She will expect belly rubs and cuddles. Sophie enjoys living between two properties and won’t be at home all day every day.

Large Double
This is a particularly large east facing room double bedroom, with ample room to be used as a living/working space if desired. Includes double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, desk and TV and stand.

Double
This double is west facing and furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardroom, mirror and TV. There is room for a desk if required.
