The house is a beautiful 3 bed/2 bathroom detached house in a very quite area with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. It has a utility area in the integral garage, large kitchen/diner and separate living room. It has a lovely secluded back garden Parking space in road outside house no restrictions

The room is 14ft x 10ft 5 well decorated. The bathroom upstairs is for your use only but occasionally visitors will share. It has a very powerful digital shower which will guarantee to wake you up in the morning.

I do however have a cockatiel and I look after friends dogs occasionally so for those who do not like animals need not apply as this is ideal for an animal lover.

I am looking for a non smoking professional person who will have respect for my home and love animals. This house will be perfect for someone who likes a peaceful, homely and private environment which is also very clean.

I have all mod cons including 2 fridges a double freezer and dishwasher. At the moment I do not have an up to date TV as sometimes people bring their own but if not I am happy to install a new smart tv. I also require DBS check.
