Lovely, friendly home

We are a friendly household (husband & wife) with space to chill out with two lounges. There is a separate bathroom for tenants use. One other tenant currently lives with us. There is wi-fi and Sky television. A large garden with areas to relax in. Walking distance to chichester centre (approx. 20mins) with rail station close by and in walking distance. We have family near by with young grandchildren, who visit regularly. Both of us are professionals and work hard. Two friendly dogs, who do not live in the main house but in the laundry room. Very pleasant surroundings of fields for nice walks. Cycle or walk to local pubs and restaurants at Del Quay and Fishbourne. Chichester centre easily accessible as is the A27.
Parking on drive for two or more cars.
