It is a homely good size cottage and garden, 1 min walk to Ardingly Nature Reservoir and all the lovely walks around and water activities to enjoy. and close to Haywards Heath and town centre and train station. However you will most likely need your own car or transport if living here to come and go.

Also includes broad band, modern bathroom with powerful overhead shower , good size sunny kitchen, lounge + woodburner fireplace, very private garden with private outside garden cabin. and off road parking, convenient for Haywards Heath and surrounding villages and also great walks all around the countryside area.

I live with with a young dog called Ruby and we enjoy a healthy life, walking, exercising and keeping healthy and normally upto something at weekends but sometimes have a few friends over for food or a bbq. I have lived with several different lodgers over the years and always had a great friendly experience and enjoyed our time together and very happy to provide anyone of them as a reference.

I like to have friendly respectful houseshare and I try to keep the house and garden tidy to enjoy living in such a lovely area. Also there is a dishwasher, washing machine dryer, fridge, broadband etc.

I am pretty easy going and socialable, and enjoy keeping fit , and walking and cooking healthy food, playing sport, and seeing family & friends.
