A bright space with a warm welcome, perfect if you want quiet, convenience and a place to relax or work.

The house is an eclectic former grain store, with access to a well-equipped kitchen, shared living/dining areas and garden.

Ideal for someone who likes to live in a 'home', is respectful of others and the space. We are relaxed and like to keep the house a peaceful home.

In Ardingly, near Ardingly College, Wakehurst and South of England Showground. Easy access to Sussex, the South Downs, the coast and London.

We have good WIFI and well equipped kitchen which is shared.

The garden is sunny and a lovely place to relax when it's warm.

Great base - for Gatwick Airport, The South of England Show-ground, Wakehurst Place, Haywards Heath, Lewes, exploring Sussex, going to London or Brighton.

You will have access to your room, your shower room and the main bathroom (for the toilet and big bath if you fancy one). The kitchen is there to use as you would at home.

We would consider couples. The cost would be £980pm for a couple.

You can use our herbs and spices too. You can relax and eat in the dining area space and are welcome to use the garden and relax - when it's warm of course.
