Double room to rent with use of own Bathroom, in a friendly home which is shared with 2 females and 1 male. A lover of dogs is a must we have a 3 year old Golden Retriever and a small older rescue dog.

Close to the Countryside and Ardingly Reservoir, ideal for walks, running, water sports, a lovely Village to live in with a friendly community.

The room is downstairs and leads off one side of the kitchen as picture shows, there are double doors from this side of the kitchen leading into the garden.

As shown in the picture one side of the Kitchen is to be shared with one other (now with an extra Hob) aswell as the double oven on the other side. Plenty of fridge space.
The room is being re-vamped but can either have a double bed or double sofa bed that’s incredibly comfortable, up for discussion. Wardrobe, chest of drawers available. Laminate floor.

Fibre Broadband.

Ardingly is 4 miles from Haywards Heath, 8 miles from East Grinstead, 20 mins from Gatwick, a car would be helpful although there is a bus service.

Parking space available on the High Street outside the house.

There are beautiful walks to the reservoir and bluebell railway among many others.

Ardingly reservoir offers watersport activities and cafe.

Shops consist of a post office, bakery, cafe and a good Chinese take away.
