Double room in stylish house and garden

Our last long-term lodger was with us for 18 months and before that, the last lodger was with us for seven years - and even moved with us when we moved up the road. We are a gay professional couple are easy going and sociable but not overbearing.

The room is a good double with a dual aspect looking out over the back garden and with views over the Arun valley. The house is detached, and the room is at the back of the house, so it is extremely quiet. The room is furnished as shown, although now has a desk.

The house is fully heated, double glazed and well equipped.; washing machine, dishwasher etc.. There is plenty of unrestricted on-street parking and for a small car, off-street parking, a garage for bikes; and a large garden landscaped with tropical plants and plenty of sunny seating.

The house is about ten minutes walk into Arundel town centre; and equidistant from both Arundel and Ford Stations. The South Downs National Park starts just five doors up the hill and you can walk out onto miles of footpaths through woods and fields within a few minutes.
