The space is completely separate from the house and you will have your own private entrance. The space is not shared at all, everything you need is in your room. There is a very large back garden which you are welcome to use and laundry facilities are also accessible.
We are a laid back, friendly couple with a toddler so we are looking for a respectable and trustworthy lodger.
We will only accept inquiries from the prospective lodger and not from family members.
A right to rent check will be carried out along with a request for character references. Short term let's will be subject to a premium price- get in touch for inquiries.
