Double bedroom, private en suite shower, shared use of kitchen, washing machine and wi fi. Easy on road parking.

Good access to coast, town, river and south downs. Close to buses and Arundel and Ford railway stations.

May suit a professional person who wants a very quiet sanctuary to come home to in the evenings or a creative person such as a writer, poet, artist who needs a quiet space to focus, or a nature lover.

Flexible rates and terms depending on how many nights you stay etc. Part time. May also be a possibility of two rooms which may suit a couple. Potential for future / longer term annexe.
