I have a lovely light, and airy double bedroom with en suite shower and loo in a quiet house near Arundel.

Its a clean and tidy house in a no through road, with free easy parking. The property backs on to woods and farmland.

Walking distance from Arundel town centre and station.
And also close to Ford station and A27.

I am looking to rent the room to someone who has another home elsewhere and needs a place to crash whilst working/studying away from home part of each week.
