We are a young family living in a new house in Barnham. We are very used to sharing our house and have had a few lodgers. We will be sad to say goodbye to our current lodger who is moving back to Spain.
You will be sharing the house with two adults, one 2 year old and a miniature daschund. We are very used to sharing our space.

The house is a large detached overlooking a park area, with double garage, parking and garden to the front and rear.
Downstairs you will have use of a large 36ft open plan kitchen, dining and living room. With a separate utility for washing machine. The room available is a double room with an en-suite bathroom.
We are less than 10 minutes walk to Barnham train station and have nearby amenities such as co-op and Tesco stores.

All bills included.
The room is furnished and we has a built in wardrobe. We are happy to negotiate certain items such as putting in a TV if required.
