The room is furnished with a double bed, with memory, foam mattress.
2x Chester drawers, 2x bedside cabinets, and a double sided wardrobe.
The bedroom view looks out to rear garden and fields and agricultural land.
The house is a 2 bed semi detached with a down stairs toilet and one family bathroom. (Which would be shared.)
The property is 2 year old, and located at the end of the small estate making it very quiet and peaceful in Barnham.
I pride myself on aways having a clean and welcoming home, and the new lodger should have the same pride.
(What I mean by this is the kitchen should always be cleaned after use along with cleaning the bathroom after use)
Lodger will have use of kitchen and garden, bathroom as shared areas.
If you require parking this is on street in the quiet street that the house is located in.
(No shed space as it’s small!)
The home is fitted with an alarm and you would be given a fob and front door key for access this must be alarmed whenever you leave the property.
Please note I’m not against smokers just don’t permit smoking in the house or in your room.
(Use of lounge can be discussed and agreed)

Barnham station is 6 min walk away.
Giving fast direct routes to Southampton, Portsmouths, Brigton & London in under 1 hour 30 mins
