Large furnished double room

Large double room in modern town house on a gated private estate in the heart of Barnham village. Room is on first floor looking on to quiet cul-de-sac. Village has everything from shops, cafes, takeaways and train station is a 2 minute walk from property making it ideal if you don’t have a car. Permitted parking if you do no problem.
Room which is light and airy comprises large queen memory foam bed. Fridge/freezer. Drawers and wardrobes. There is a lot of storage space in this room. I can also supply a smart TV if required. House is shared by me and one other professional female although I am away a lot at my partners or working. There is a main bathroom shared by you and the other female. I do not need to use as have an en suite. This room would ideally suit someone enjoying a quiet space. I work shifts also as a police officer therefore am sometimes sleeping during the day. As stated the road is private therefore is gated for extra security. Neighbours are lovely and the small community all helpful. I am available to show room in new year.
