There is a small South facing garden, nice to have outdoor space especially for the long summer evenings.

I currently share my house with my cats, so my new lodger needs to like animals. I would prefer as longer term person, as it’s a happy home and I’d like that to continue.

End of terrace house, at the end of a cul de sac, street parking usually available. Scooter/Motorbikes can be parked near garden access, off street.

Pulborough(5 miles), Horsham(8miles), Chichester(22 Miles), Crawley(25 Miles), Guildford (19 miles) all easily commutable to.
