One double room with shared bathroom, in modern house in Billingshurst, available immediately.

The house is less than 10 minutes from high street, and 15 minutes from Train station with direct links to London Victoria or south to Chichester or Portsmouth. Around the area are lots of green spaces and footpaths.

The room is available furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe and drawers. There is also additional storage under the bed. The shared bathroom would effectively be yours but with occasional use by me. The house has a large kitchen and living space, with nice garden. There is a garage for bike storage and a drive or plenty of parking close by.

There are occasionally dogs staying at the house - all very friendly and well trained. Unfortunately, cannot have anyone with their own dog.

Rent includes all bills, however this is subject to a fair use policy.
