Beautiful loft space in large house

Looking for another working female to join our happy family home. No age preference but must be fun, easy going, sensible, trustworthy and reliable. We are a busy house with my two teenage girls (16,18) they’re good girls and usually quite helpful (when they want to be!) We have a sweet cockapoo, Flo, who loves to cuddle and play. Summer time we are all about the garden and find great pleasure in barbecuing at w/ends. Winter time is all about ‘Netflix’ 😝
The house is detached with large kitchen/diner for tenants use as well as garden. Loft space has own living room, bedroom with on-suite. There is some furniture available, but no bed or sofa’s. Also, there is a big space for storage under the eves off of living room available to use. We have two parking spaces in front of garage but they are already used, however, there are plenty of parking on this great estate, which by the way is only a 10 minute walk from station! All bills (except food) included (as well as council tax)
