Looking for the right lodger for a double room in my family home . This is a beautiful 4 bedroom home currently shared by myself my adult daughter and a cocker spaniel. The room has chest of draws and wardrobe and would share the family bathroom with 1 other, shower over bath newly decorated and with plenty of storage. Use of kitchen and breakfast room. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Almost sole use of fridge freezer in garage and plenty of cupboard storage. Beautiful sunny garden for relaxing on days off. Female preferred due to current household however for the right person male would be considered.
Bills included with fair usage. Parking available.
