Large single room for rent

Room is in a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in very quiet neighbourhood about 10 minute walk from station and 20 minute from centre of Billingshurst with one parking space available as well as reasonable amount of storage in garage. The house is shared with my partner and her son and we are all out-going, friendly and respectful.

All bills are included and we have good, reliable WiFi. There is an optional large-screen television for your use. I would be happy to discuss and agree any changes to the bedroom furniture which can include purchasing new at my discretion (a previous tenant brought her own desk with her which is why the room does not currently have one so happy to purchase that and have you involved in the choosing of it).

My partner works full time in child care; her son is a full-time student who is in his last year of secondary school. I work full-time mostly from home and I am also a councillor for Horsham District Council. You must be in full-time employment and not work from home.

You are welcome to use the kitchen and we will ensure you have reasonable and ample room for your food.

You are welcome to have 1 guest occasionally stay overnight; we have a guest mattress (single) which you can borrow if required.
