The lodger has their own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet as well as allocated cupboard, fridge and freezer space in the shared kitchen.

The property is in an excellent High Street location — close to shops, cafés, pubs, library, leisure centre, supermarkets and other amenities, while being slightly set back from the busiest part of the centre, making it a little quieter. Billingshurst railway station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, with direct services to Horsham, Gatwick Airport, London Victoria and the south coast. Regular bus routes operate from the High Street to Worthing, Horsham and surrounding villages.

The flat is ideally placed for enjoying the surrounding countryside and attractions, including:

I am looking for a professional female lodger, who is outgoing, friendly, tidy and considerate. Working from home on a regular basis and overnight stays is not permitted.
