One Double room available (£ 150 per week) for a female only. Available in family house on family farm between Billingshurst and Wisborough Green. Single dad in residence with 12 year old children who are at home for most of the week.

Would suit someone who likes being out in the middle of the countryside. Shops in Billingshurst are a 15 minute walk over the fields and 5 mins by car. Billingshurst station is 7 mins by car.

In spring and summer, vegetable garden available to do the self-sufficiency Good Life bit.

Big communal kitchen with an Aga and a separate electric cooker. Large communal living room with tv, dvd and video. Oil fired central heating. Wifi throughout. Ample parking.

Smokers fine but not in the house!
