Old cottage ,renovated

This is the original 1700 hundred cottage , which has been extended and we live in the other part .
the Cottage has a modern kitchen, living room and shower room and benefits from 2 double bedrooms. There is a very sunny courtyard as well as a large garden.

We live on a 6 acre property in Birdham with an extensive kitchen garden , a wood , a yurt and lots of space to enjoy nature.

There is also a cottage that is currently rented and an annexe for one person .

we are looking for people who are interested to live independently but still mantain a cooperative attitude to others.
We sometimes share meals , organise fires and get
togethers .

It would suit a couple , or maybe a single person who needs an extra study .
because the accomodation is attached we are looking for a quiet tenant ,like us :)
We have a very friendly dog .
