I’m a sociable but professional landlady who loves sport, the beach and relaxing too.

There is a bus stop two minute walk away which goes on a loop to Chichester and the witterings every 15 minutes on average.

There is also a village shop, post office, little Waitrose- petrol station, free cash machine, , church, cricket club and village hall, as well as the marina further in the village.
