Double Room ensuite private top floor available

Brand new double room available which takes the complete top floor of three storey three bed (three bathroom) detached property I’ve had since new six years ago

The room has only had my parents stay in it so very rarely used. It has built in two sets of double wardrobes and shelf, mirror and ottoman storage double leather effect bed and mattress

Ensuite shower room only used around 29 times in six years!

I am looking to rent it as live by myself and it is a wasted empty floor having another being used as spare anyway.

I have a six year old small dog who lives here.

I have a fenced garden and patio private area and large living room and kitchen both downstairs too. There is a garage (but unable to put car in ) and off the road parking in this private cul de sac as well as separate spare parking.

There is one lounge area that I would prefer to have for myself but open for infrequent use although the en-suite bedroom is on its own floor and you could put a sofa or chair etc in and has a tv point etc

I’m a sociable but professional landlady who loves sport, the beach and relaxing too.

There is a bus stop two minute walk away which goes on a loop to Chichester and the witterings every 15 minutes on average.

There is also a village shop, post office, little Waitrose- petrol station, free cash machine, , church, cricket club and village hall, as well as the marina further in the village.

Available start feb. Rolling contract so both can terminate with reasonable notice rather than fixed both sides
