AMAZING Double Room Available!!!

I have a room available in my 2 bedroom flat with shared bathroom/kitchen/living room. The flat is located a very short walk away from the local coop and is close to a few take out places. It's about a 10-15 minute walk into town and it takes the same time to walk to the beach too. It also has a communal bike shed.
I currently live alone and work full time in Hospitality so my work hours are all over the place at the moment, but I am looking for a change in career. I'm sociable and enjoy a chat but am also fine with keeping to myself. I'm quite laid back so I'm not looking for anything in particular in a lodger just someone relaxed who tidys up after themselves and keeps the noise down at night 🙂
