Room for rent, in friendly house, furnished, bills included.

Single occupancy £130 per week

The deposit is two weeks rent.

The house has central heating and consists of kitchen (with dishwasher / washing machine) sitting / dining room, large garden loo , large bathroom with shower in bath, 3 bedrooms. Entrance is through the kitchen.

The property has been decorated through out and is in good condition.

I live in the property with own sitting room and toilet and use of front door.

The area is nice, plenty of free parking in and close to property. Its is located near the Hotham road roundabout.

The Hospital, Chichester Uni (Bognor Campus), Railway Station and Tesco’s are all within 10 minutes walk.

**Short term lets and couples are welcome but we will need to discuss rent**

All reasonable bills are included.

All I ask is that you treat the house and me with respect and you would then live a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
