We have a modern self-contained one person unit to let within our family home and are looking for a WORKING professional or mature student.
The unit is only suitable for one person due to its size and is assessed by fairly steep steps so not suitable for regular visiting young children or toddlers.
The studio is situated 5 minutes from the beach, Aldwick Road shops and the Stagecoach 700 bus route and 10 minutes from Bognor Town Centre and Railway station. We are looking for a non-smoking person with no pets.
The unit is £900 per month, due in advance, and will include ALL bills. It has underfloor heating throughout and consists of:
• Entrance area with coat hooks, shoe storage and shelving, draws and hanging space for clothes.
• En suite bathroom with fitted corner shower, basin and toilet.
• Galley kitchenette with oven, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and sink.
• Washing machine with hanging space above for drying clothes.
The main studio area has:
• A wall hung TV with aerial connection.
• A small double ottoman storage bed.
