Luxurious New House-share Coming Soon

We are about to launch a new house share for professionals in Bognor Regis. This is a fun stylish home, oozing with character not just a beige box. Bright and airy rooms with a modern touch and plenty of space for home-working when the need arises. Please note that photographs are from our last project, not this house - we are awaiting images from the new house. We'd love to hear from you if you are interested in renting one of our rooms.

The house has been designed for young professionals looking for easy luxury living with all the bills included in the rent. Close to the seafront and just a few minutes walk from Bognor's station, bars and restaurants, and shops.

The Rooms
Spacious, contemporary rooms available some en-suite and some sharing a shower room with one other. All our rooms are fully furnished with plenty of storage and a desk and chair for that all important home working. Guaranteed fast Wifi access to high speed broadband included and a CAT6 ethernet connection point too. There's also a TV point in every room in case you want to bring your own TV.

Your Home
Sleek and sophisticated, the kitchen has a large range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezers and plenty of individual cupboard space. Once you've rustled up your perfect meal, there's a large table and seating in a stylish dining area. The super cool lounge/diner has space for a large corner sofa and a flat screen HD TV for the perfect night in.

There a lovely secluded garden with a great south facing patio. So close to the town centre you won't need a car but there are a number of off-street parking spaces.

One of our lovely cleaners will come in once a week to take care of the communal areas so it's always looking amazing. And our gardener comes in once or twice a month to keep the outside looking spick and span too.

The Boring Stuff
Minimum 6 month contract
One month's rent in advance before moving in.
Damage deposit £500 lodged with DPS. (Or Reposit facility may be available on request)
Holding deposit of £100 taken to secure room during referencing which is offset against first month's rent.
Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer (free of charge).
