Furnished room in private house. This is not a house share, it is my own home and there is nobody else renting a room here. Available immediately for 1 person only. The house is 10 mins walk from Tesco, Lidl, Sainsburys etc.
You will have access to all of the house (within reason and no visitors) and the facilities include Netflix, Prime, Sky, broadband/wifi, private gym and the usual things you expect to find in a house. All the furniture in your room is new and the bed/mattress has never been slept on. This is a beautiful home and I will be very selective about who I invite to view, I have downloaded a questionare which I will email to you on request, so I can assess your suitability. Any further questions you may have I will do my best to answer. You will pay a share of the gas, electricity and council tax plus £500.00 per month rent.
