Room in Bognor houseshare, 12min drive 2Chichester

A cosy room in a 3 bedroom house, on the first floor, in Bognor Regis available for one working person. Sorry no couples (to prevent overcrowding). All bills included.

There is one English guy, 28, in Bedroom #1. There is another guy, Romanian, 35, in Bedroom #2. Both speak English & are friendly.

Room is furnished with a 120cm wide double bed (lots of storage underneath), bedside cabinet, hanging rail/shelf (not in photo), chest of drawers. (not in photo). Bed now has a material headboard (not in photo). I'll need to take a newer photo :)

Shared Living room/kitchen/dining room/bathroom/garden/off-street parking/Fast Fibre Broadband/Wi-Fi. Very quiet residential cul-de-sac. 5min bike ride to the beach! Just 5 miles from Chichester (12 min drive).

16 min walk from Bognor train station or a 5 min cycle, ride, 4 min by car/taxi. The Arena sports centre is 4 mins walk away (gym, pool etc)

ROOM 3: AVAILABLE for one person in full-time employment.

3 month minimum stay. Pay 2 weeks deposit/bond (refundable). Pay one month rent in advance when you move in.
2 weeks notice required when moving out. Would need to see proof of job (e. g letter from employer), proof of identity (e. g passport).

Sorry no pets . No smoking in house (smoke in back garden). Require someone who doesn't mind helping out to keep the house clean & tidy. And cleaning up after they cook or use the bathroom.

Bathroom: Shower. Water softener, wc & sink.
Dining room: Table & chairs.
Kitchen: Miele washing machine, microwave with grill, gas cooker with 4 hobs/2 ovens/grill/extractor fan, huge Miele fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, plates/bowls/cutlery/pots/pans etc.
Living Room: Furnished, TV, sofa, armchairs etc
Garden: Full access to sunny south-facing garden & front garden (off-road parking). Free parking on street.

16 min walk to Bognor train station (0.8 mile), 4 min by car or 5 min by bus or bike.
9 min walk to Co-op supermarket or 10 min walk to Tesco.
3 min walk to Arena Sports Centre (gym/pool/climbing).
5 min walk to catch bus to Chichester/Littlehampton.
2 min walk to catch bus to Bognor Town Centre.
20 min train ride from Bognor to Littlehampton.
