En-suite Double bedroom in a seafront apartment

I’m looking to rent my spare double bedroom , available now. This is a stunning apartment at the newly renovated Royal on the seafront. I live on my own but with a little cat so pet lover is a must. I’m a civil servant and like to go running, cycling and windsurfing. The rent is £850 per month bills included. Can also consider Mon to Fri let, at £170 per week. This is a double room with en-suite and a separate own loo. The room is at the back of the apartment and it’s quite private.
