Houseshare in quiet area - driveway parking

Quiet house share with driveway - normal amenities. WiFi, Broadband, Dishwasher, W/M, T/D. I’ll be a live in landlord for the time being - due to the cost of living at the moment I would appreciate finding two decent housemates for the foreseeable future.
My neighbourhood is quiet and I’d appreciate finding some social housemates that can also respect each others privacy if and when needed,
Newly refitted bathroom, boiler and WC. To be shared.
Two rooms available one furnished one non furnished (could be furnished on request.) Both rooms are large doubles.
Shared access to garden and patio - also I have a friendly cat who will more than likely want to say hello!
Rent includes bill share - 1 month rent up front and deposit.
As long as you’re clean, tidy and respectful then we should get along fine! As I have shared with others many times before. If a couple wants to rent then I’d charge a bit more or work out a slightly cheaper rate for both rooms. Looking for longer term houseshare prefered. Speak soon! :)
