Modern Single Room

Modern luxary single room with a small double bed that is 2 meters long. The bed has a good quality mattress and beautiful white bedding as part of the room. The room has ceiling to floor blackout curtains. A dressing table/desk, comfy chair and TV are also included. The shower room with large shower, basin and toilet is shared with one other person. Kitchen has a washing machine (free) and tumble drier (coin operated). There is fast internet available too. In the garden is a lockable shed for a bicycle, patio area with furniture to sit in the summer and a wasing line for outside drying of washing.

The house is a couple of minutes fron the station and town centre. Parking is with a permit on the street outside the house.

A cleaner comes twice a week to clean the communal areas.
