I am looking for someone who needs a nicely presented home in Bognor Regis, not far from the Aldwick Road, seafront etc.
I'm offering the room initially for 3 months to see how it goes. I will be travelling a lot during that time, so you would effectively have the flat to yourself.
The flip side is that I would expect you to keep it clean and tidy at all times :)
When I am here, I work from home, so you would need to be out at work during the week.
