Hi guys!

I am looking for a long term housemate that is willing to be on the tenancy agreement via the estate agents (to protect us both) to move the beginning of January It's a single box room, currently with only a bed but happy to get you a chest of drawers and a single wardrobe. Highfield Road. £600 per a calender month, plus shared bills and a £375 deposit and first month's rent up front.

I am a 38yo female who is unfortunately agoraphobic, so I am home 90% of the time and have two awesome cats. Visitors would be welcome. It will be a shared accommodation and responsilbitiles, as opposed to just renting a room. I'm tidy and very easy going.

All nationalities, genders and age are considered. Will accept DSS if you can prove income with the estate agents.
