Located 3 minutes from the beach & 10 minutes from Bognor Railway station, a gorgeous small double room to let from September. Includes a new double bed & mattress, built in wardrobe, shelves & bedside cabinet. Included in the rent is a bathroom for almost exclusive use opposite the bedroom (I use the bath once a fortnight only). You’ll be sharing with myself & my 2 doodle dogs - 1 medium, 1 small (they’re hypoallergenic). I work from home for a not for profit based in London. The property also has a large lounge- diner, kitchen & conservatory which can be used.. The house is located in a gated community near the sea. It’s safe, quiet & very friendly. This would suit someone quiet, clean, considerate & who loves dogs/animals. It’s not appropriate for couples.
