Sunny furnished double room in Bognor house

Living with the home owner and dog, this double room is fully furnished with double bed, desk, drawers and large built-in wardrobe. House has a garden, conservatory, washing machine and 2 bathrooms. Smokers welcome, but smoking is not permitted inside the house. 2 mins walk from train station and town centre. I'm an easy going person looking for a responsible working person to let to, and a months deposit and rent in advance. I have a 2 year old small dog who is ultra friendly.
