Large bright double room with en suite in Aldwick

Our house is located in Aldwick, a 5 minute walk from the local shops and a 10 minute walk from the sea. It is 2 miles west of Bognor Regis town centre and a 10 minute (5 mile) drive to Chichester. It is an attractive 1930s house with a good sized garden. Our room to let is a large light room on the ground floor with space to work and relax, looking out over the rear garden. The room has been recently redecorated and has a shower room fitted. It is accessed from the kitchen, with its own en suite giving a good degree of privacy. It is furnished including a double bed, wireless broadband, ample shelves and wardrobe space. The kitchen has a breakfast bar area and is large and well equipped. There is ample off road parking on our driveway and we would be happy to store a bicycle in our garage.
We are a professional couple in our fifties. We lead a pretty quiet life but enjoy entertaining occasionally and sometimes have family and friends to stay (including the odd dog). We are looking for a Mon - Fri tenant. The accommodation would suit a professional person who works normal hours.
