The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with showers), a good sized front room and a good sized kitchen which also has a dining table. There is a garden at the back with a shed to keep bikes etc in which has a proper lock on also with a padlocked back gate.

There are currently three blokes living in the house and they are very friendly, clean and tidy.

The house is in a perfect location for the University and would suit students or post graduates as well as professionals.

All bills included (Council tax/water/electricity/gas/BT Infinity broadband).

The rooms are let fully furnished, but I can always remove furniture if you would like to put your own in.
