Bright, comfortable double room

A good sized double room with double bed, in a big friendly, bright and happy shared house with lovely big garden to sit in. Only one person to apply, not couples, it is just not big enough for two people to live in. Would probably suit a female as it is quite a girly room! All household bills included (gas, electric, broadband, council tax, sky tv, water). A large, friendly, self sufficient household, with use of a big fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge. The house is 5 minutes from both the sea and the railway station. Plenty of parking space outside. Many of the household work odd hours, into the night and sometimes very early in the morning, so we are used to odd working patterns. There is one shared bathroom and shower, and we all manage very well with the use of it. Two of the lodgers share a separate annex with their own bathroom, so all of us don't need the single one in the main house. Rent covers a cleaner once a week for all the common areas, bedrooms are completely private and up to the occupant to clean. Hoover available to use in the house too. Owner works from home. No pets. Smoking in the garden only. The household is friendly and happy, and this room would suit a clean, responsible, working and self sufficient person.
