Single room in family home

Single room with single bed , wardrobe bills included except landline as that's private use for landlord, no smoking in house also evening meals can be arranged at extra cost if required, use of kitchen, this is a family home we are 5 mins walk to colledge, 10 min walk to butlins and train station. Town centre is about 10 mins walk. we do have a family dog so would prefer someone that is ok with dogs
