I have a large furnished room in Bognor Regis to rent. You would be taking over my contact which would last from 1st Feb (but can move in during January as room is vacant) to 1st August. Possibility of staying on should you wish too.
Bedroom is furnished with kingsize bed, desk & chair, wardrobe and chest of draws. There is a garden and driveway. Broadband and Sky TV.
You would be living with a female Japanese student, and a male professional. New tenant must be female, sorry guys. Landlord would prefer a student but professionals are welcome :)
COUPLES! if interested in taking this room as a couple, the rent would adjust to be shared between four rather than 3, so would £220 per person for this room, many thanks
