Lovely Spacious Room

1 very roomy bedroom with single bed. furnished. Shared bathroom but we also have an additional toilet . Must be dog/cats lovers. would need a deposit would discuss at the time. we live very near to the town, walking distance and also very near to beach and bus stop. we also live walking distance away from the Bognor Regis university college. Their is a shop across! the road, with a phone box and letter box.! If the person smokes we would consider but ,would have to smoke outside all times thank you.
