I have 2 rooms available from February in our family home which I share with my husband, six year old son and cat!
It is a detatched victorian house in Central Bognor close to town and transport links to Chichester. There is a large kitchen/ diner equipped with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher to the rear of the property. There are two large lounge rooms to the front of the property where you are welcome to join us in the evenings if you wish.
The first room is very large with double bed, sofa wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, desk, chair bedside table and TV.
It has a private ensuite with power shower and bath. £550 PCM
The second is a smaller but very comfortable room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and TV. It’s is situated adjacent to the main bathroom and has (mostly) sole use of this bathroom as the other rooms have ensuites. £450 PCM
We are a happy, easy going family looking for a considerate person to share our home.
I would consider accepting a couple in the larger room for £600 PCM
