Lovely light double room available in a spacious 2 bed flat in Bognor. The bedroom and ensuite were only built 2 years ago so are very modern. Ideally looking for a full time working professional but may consider a couple (additional fee £600 pcm)

This room has a king sized bed with luxury mattress, large built in cupboard and chest of draws. It also has a lock on the door for additional peace of mind. The room is located up its own flight of stairs with its ensuite. Great if you want to have a bit of extra privacy.

In the rest of the flat there is a large comfortable shared lounge and modern shared kitchen. There is access to a garden shared with the elderly lady who lives in the flat below.

The flat is shared with a friendly, tidy and respectable married couple. They have their own bedroom and bathroom on the main level of the flat.

The flat has a washing machine, new double glazing and new central heating.

The road is quiet with plenty of on street parking ( no permits required). It is also located less than 10 minutes walk from the town, train station and large Tesco/ Sainsburys.

The rent for the room includes Internet, council tax and water bills.

The cost for the gas and electricity is billed monthly and shared with the other tenants. This is roughly £30 per month per person but may be more or less depending on usage.

The ideal tenant will have a full time job and are tidy and respectable.

It is a strictly non smoking household and would prefer to have a person who likes a quiet drink with friends and not up all night partying.
