Room In Spacious Home With Friendly Family

We are a three person family looking for a friendly easy going person to rent a room in our airy and comfortable barn conversion, sited on the fields at Lidsey. The rooms are large, we have our own bathroom, so the large bathroom would only be shared with one other. The lounge is a shared space and there is a utility room which potential housemates would have the use of. Couples would be considered, but the rent difference would have to be discussed. We also offer a cooked dinner each evening for an extra £30/week. Well worth it according to previous housemates. Two local pubs with great food within an easy walk. The country feel is great, but great shopping, two railway stations and Bognor Regis city centre are all just a couple of minutes drive from the house (30 min walk).
