The cottage is located in North Road, which is a 5 minute walk from the train station (where regular trains go to Chichester and Portsmouth)and a 20 minute stroll to the harbour. Local amenities include a convenience store, off-licence, fish and chip shop, several pubs and an Indian restaurant and take away.

Shared areas are furnished to a high standard and offer flexible spaces to socialise or find some personal quiet time. There is a large family room which contains a lounge area and fully fitted kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, 5-burner hob, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. Double doors give access to a large, private garden.

The house also has a separate lounge with corner seating and open fire. The bathroom is fully fitted with bath and shower.
