A large patio with a south westerly facing garden is available for shared use.
On street parking available, with a potential of car share options for Rolls-Royce workers.
5 mins walk to both Bosham train station and the No 700 main bus link into town.
Currently at the property are working professionals from Rolls Royce motor cars. Due to a current housemate leaving a spare bedroom will become available to join the relaxed / tidy / professional household.
A cleaner is frequenting every 2 weeks.
