Lovely double room near Chichester and Goodwood

I have a spare (currently furnished) double room in a house in Boxgrove.

No en-suite, though tenant would have priority use of main bathroom.

I am an easy-going 41 year old male with a well-behaved 10yr old son who stays with me 2/3 nights a week. We are looking for an equally easy-going, kind individual to occupy our third bedroom.

We love our home, which is 100 yards from the village shop, 5 minute walk from the local pub and surrounded by beautiful dog-walks. We have a decent Nerf artillery and a healthy taste for video games.

Price includes all bills, including WiFi. Sizeable kitchen, including washing machine/tumble-dryer and dishwasher.
