Description
We are a couple from The Witterings, looking for the right housemate to share our home with. We’ve always had lodgers since we bought our house back in 2020 and look forward to meeting our next one!
The house has 4 bedrooms, one of which is used as an office, one of which is yours, with one spare room we like to have guests come and enjoy the occasional weekend on the coast.
What to expect: a spacious double room with your own bathroom (not en-suite but will be just yours). Our office room has 2 workstations, perfect for anyone needing to WFH.
Downstairs, we have a super spacious kitchen complete with dining space. We have two living spaces (one of which we use as an exercise room) plus a conservatory leading out onto our sunny south facing garden.
Other points:
Room is furnished but we can sort if you have your own stuff
Off-road parking for 1 car
5 min walk to the beach
All bills included
Pets not considered
Cleaner once a fortnight
Ideally minimum 3 months.
Our schedules are very busy running our catering business but we spend our time off enjoying where we live, with Crumble our golden retriever who is equally loving and full of life. Love of dogs essential!
