Suitable for a single person or a couple, the accommodation has:

Ensuite shower and toilet.

Kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge.
There is no separate kitchen.

Secure off-street parking

Use of washing machine in the main house.

It is available for longer lets of one month or more from November - March.

The annex will be cleaned weekly and all bedlinen and towels provided and laundered each week.

Bracklesham beach is just over the road and it is a short drive to West Wittering beach.
