Peaceful semi rural location in Bramber (Steyning) on bus route and near a couple of local shops and pubs. Spacious double en-suite bedroom with door to garden decking (there is now a desk in place of the smaller sofa pictured). Wifi is a little patchy in the bedroom but good in the kitchen area. Use of kitchen and breakfast bar by mutual agreement about cooking times (these can be flexible day to day).

Free on street parking right outside.

NB Use of reception rooms is not included (it's an open plan space and I often work here from home).

As someone who is friendly but introverted, I'm looking for a quiet friendly person who also likes their own space.

I'm a professional person working in mental health, in Brighton. I expect to be moving to Brighton in the spring. This might suit someone who just needs a short term base for work or study (not someone who is home all day!) Must like dogs, as I have an affectionate Border Terrier who is often with me a couple of nights a week and is one of the family.

My young adult daughters also share the house when they're in the area.
